Journey Winchelsea is a warm, homely early learning service at the heart of the local community. As the only long day care centre currently in Winchelsea, we are proud to be deeply connected to our families and surroundings. Our play-based approach nurtures each child’s growth, while our strong ties to the local primary school and regular community walks help children build confidence, belonging, and a love of learning.

Hi, I’m Rebecca (Bec), Centre Manager at Journey Early Learning Winchelsea. I have 19 years’ experience in the early childhood sector and have been with Journey for almost 5 years. As a mum of two, I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. I value building strong relationships with families and love supporting each child’s learning journey while fostering connections within our local community.
