I bring 18 years of experience in the early childhood sector, including a range of leadership roles. I am passionate about supporting educators to be their very best while fostering a strong understanding of child development and each child’s individual growth. As a natural people person, I thrive on building meaningful and trusting relationships with children, families and our team, while creating a warm and welcoming environment where child safety, connection and belonging are always the priority.
